St. Elmo’s Fire’s Jeff Jones To Be Guest DJ on Metal Express Radio.
The California based hard rock veterans emerged again in 2015 after 13 years of hiatus with re-issue of their four previous records, the latest one from 1992! In 2017 the band rose again stronger than ever with three new members and a fresh new album “Evil Never Sleeps”, tracks from which we’ll spin after the show.

Jeff Jones Guest On Heavy Metal Mayhem /Blogtalkradio Network
Jeff Jones, guitarist of U.S. melodic metal band St. Elmo’s Fire, will guest on the “Heavy Metal Mayhem Radio Show”.
The program, part of the Blogtalkradio Network, will be a streamed live on Sunday, November 5th at 6pm EST. Jones is the songwriter and founding member of St. Elmo’s Fire. During the interview he will discuss everything Elmo. From the history of the band in the 80’s and 90’s to the upcoming release of their new album Evil Never Sleeps on Pure Steel Records. Jones will also touch on the “Hammer” a song and video from Evil Never Sleeps based on his brother Kelley Jones ( DC Comics artist of Batman/Swamp Thing) graphic novel of the same name.

XXX Records America artists Vamp Le Stat , St. Elmo’s Fire and Jeff Jones are now getting airplay on one the internet’s largest rock radio networks, the Redeye Radio Network. Tonight March 5th from 7-10pm pacific time, the queen of rock radio, Norma Jean, will be featuring XXX Records America and playing songs from several albums from Vamp Le Stat, Jeff Jones and St. Elmo’s Fire. AAfter 26 years former lead singer, lyricist and Elmo co-founder Tim Raynor-Allwein will be reuniting with guitarist and songwriter Jeff Jones for two performances. Jeff and Tim started St. Elmos Fire in 1978 in Northern California and played their last gig together in Hollywood in 1985!
The first performance will be April 1st live on the radio in Astoria Oregon on KCUN from 10PM to midnight (Pacific Time). The broadcast will be streamed live and can be heard online by going to coastradio.org

Jeff and Tim will perform several songs in the studio including “Really in Love” ,”Summertime Girls” , “Not Thru With You” and several others. They will also play various tracks from their recently released 4 volume set “REALLY IN LOVE: Psycho Rockers ’79-’84” on XXX Records America.
On April 2 at 9PM they will be in concert at the Fort George Brewery in Astoria and will play an acoustic set of St. Elmo’s Fire tunes also from their “Really in Love ” CD set.

XXX RECORDS AMERICA has acquired rare unseen footage from the bands concert on May 14, 1884 at the Keystone Berkeley in the Bay Area of Northern California. This is the last known footage with singer/lyricist Tim Raynor-Allwein before he left the group.
